After the passing of Ifeanyi Adeleke, who was only three years old and the son of music superstar Davido and his fiancee Chioma Rowland, a video of a little child lying in a hospital bed has gone viral on the internet.
The assertions that are made about the film suggest that the child seen in it is Ifeanyi, and that he is still alive and recovering.
Because of the widespread belief that the singer’s kid is still alive, the hashtag #IfeanyiIsAlive has exploded in popularity across social media platforms in Nigeria over the last several hours.
The young child’s name is Jeremiah Gracen, and he is a boy who suffers with TK2D sickness. The video that went viral originated from one of his social media profiles.
The family of Jeremiah Gracen has also taken to social media in order to comment on the situation, express sympathy for the singer, and criticize people who are using their son’s video in an attempt to gain clout.
They wrote;
“Whew. Social media. There are millions of shares and reels in countries within Africa of Jeremiah’s last hospital viadeo. They all claim to be breaking news of someone named Davido’s son who tragically passed.
My condolences to the family. It’s too much for me to keep up with. If those of you especially in Nigeria can tag the family, media and others with a voice I would greatly appreciate it, and I’m pretty sure so would they. Tough post for me…! just want them to remove my son’s picture as it’s false and disrespectful. Please report their posts.”
