Obinna Nwafor, well known as his stage name Saint Obi in Nollywood, has passed away.
On Monday, May 7, 2023, it was reported that the tragic event took place following a lengthy sickness.
According to reports, he passed away after a lengthy hospitalization for an unnamed ailment.
A source told blogger Moji Delano that the actor, whom he had seen a few times and recognized as Saint Obi, had died on Sunday and that his body had been transported to the mortuary at Jos University Teaching Hospital, JUTH, the following day. This transpired following a trip to see his sister in Jos.
Jos, the capital of the Plateau State, is where Saint Obi is claimed to have just moved to live with his sister and is frequently seen being taken to the hospital. Mr. Obi’s regular visits to JUTH were confirmed by an insider there as well.
