GREAT Scholarships from the United Kingdom Government for 2022-23 (Fully Funded):

Through the GREAT Britain Campaign, a minimum of 8 to 9 postgraduate scholarships are available for each eligible country, funded to a minimum of £10,000 for one-year postgraduate study in the United Kingdom through the GREAT Britain Campaign of the United Kingdom government and the British Council in collaboration with participating UK higher education institutions.

Criteria for Eligibility for the GREAT Scholarships in the United Kingdom in 2022-23

You must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for one of these scholarships:

  • You must be a citizen of one of the countries that are eligible (see list below).
  • You must have earned a bachelor’s degree that will allow you to continue your study at a graduate level at an English-speaking university in order to be considered.
  • You must provide evidence of either previous employment in this area or evidence of a considerable interest in the industry demonstrated via research or participation in it on a regular basis.
  • In order to be considered for enrollment in courses at a particular university, you must pass the standardized English language test needed by that institution.

Countries Eligible for Scholarships: Scholarships are available for students from the following countries: Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Procedures for Submitting an Application

Step 1: Once you’ve found the proper university for you, sort through all of the many sorts of scholarships they have available there.

Step 2: When you find a position that you are interested in, click on the link and complete an application (if there is no specific application, that is also OK).

On step 3 make a note in your calendar to remind yourself of this scholarship.

Step 4: Check to see whether they send any paperwork for you to sign and submit with your application; if they do, make sure you follow the directions on the paperwork.
