FAT BOMBS WITH CHOCOLATE AND CHEESECAKE

I can’t get enough of these cheesecake-flavored fat balls. I’ll demonstrate how to make a fat bomb that tastes like something other than butter or coconut in this recipe.

To make these Fat Bombs, you only need six ingredients and no baking required.

They’re super rich and delicious, making them the ideal afternoon snack or quick and satisfying dessert.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF FAT BOMBS?

A fat bomb is a snack, treat, or dessert that contains a high amount of energy. Fat bombs have a variety of appeals. Certain keto dieters use fat bombs to combat sweet cravings or as a high-fat snack.

You do not, however, have to follow a ketogenic diet to enjoy these delectable treats.

KETO CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE FAT BOMBS CONTAINING THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS

– 8 oz. block cream cheese, full fat

– 8 tbsp. cream de crème

– 2 tbsp granular Swerve sugar

– 1 styrofoam cup (4 ounces)

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

** 1 tsp Lily’s baking chips, finely chopped to create slivers and dust!

KETO CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE FAT BOMBS – HOW TO MAKE THEM – Parchment paper a baking sheet.

** In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate shavings.

– Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients until thoroughly combined.

– Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop 24 cheesecake fat bombs onto your parchment-lined baking sheet.

** Sprinkle chocolate shavings and cocoa powder over them and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS


Use parchment paper to line a sheet pan.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except the chocolate shavings, with a hand mixer until thoroughly combined.
Make 24 cheesecake fat bombs with a small ice cream scoop and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and dust with confectioners’ sugar and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Once completed, transfer to a container and freeze or refrigerate. They will maintain their resolute nature.
